Trust Technology Services offers several options for small businesses that don't have a need for a full time IT staff, but need assistance with their technology solutions.  The advantage of contracting with TTS is that you get the expertise and  assistance of several full time IT professionals at the cost of a part time employee.  You will have one dedicated contact that will get to know you employees and business operation. That contact can then draw from the experience of the IT professional among our staff with the most experience with your specific problem will work with you on your issues.  A contract with TTS places a business at elevated response level for their support calls because, as you know, lost time equates to lost revenue.

TTS currently has 3 base contract plans to fit your small business:  Helpdesk Basic, Helpdesk 20 and Helpdesk 40.

• Weekly scheduled visits
• 20 support hours included in monthly fee
• More than 20 hours billed hourly, 1/2 hour minimum

• 25% discount off regular business rates.
• 20 additional support hours included.
